Performance is not measured simply by system functions such as how quickly database queries occur. Ease of use is another yardstick that may trump decisions about system design. 
We recently completed your project, and now, we would like to hear what you thought about our staff and service. Would you share your experience with us?
If your technical expertise is lacking, we hope we helped shed light on any items of confusion to help you make an educated decision. How did we do? Did you feel good about any training that we provided? Does your application function the way you envisioned? We even want to know about the little things like proper spelling and misaligned images or text, so please give us your feedback.
